These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Relay, an SMS-based service operated by HEIR AI, LLC ("HEIR AI"). By using Relay or communicating with HEIR AI via SMS, you agree to these Terms.

Program description: Relay is an SMS-based conversational assistant that allows trade business owners to inquire about, learn about, and schedule demonstrations of HEIR AI's Relay product (a missed-call handling tool for trade businesses).
Program operator: HEIR AI, LLC, a Florida limited liability company.
Message frequency is conversational and varies. You will only receive SMS messages from HEIR AI in direct response to a phone call or SMS you have initiated. HEIR AI does not send unsolicited promotional broadcasts. A typical conversation consists of 4-10 messages exchanged over 5-30 minutes and terminates when the conversation is complete, when you reply STOP, or after 24 hours of inactivity.
Reply STOP to any HEIR AI SMS to opt out immediately. You will receive a confirmation message and will not receive further SMS from HEIR AI unless you opt in again. STOP requests are honored across all channels.

HEIR AI SMS is supported on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and MVNOs operating on their networks. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
By initiating a phone call to a HEIR AI marketing phone number, or by replying to an SMS from HEIR AI, you consent to receive SMS communications from HEIR AI in direct response to your inquiry. Your consent may be revoked at any time by replying STOP.
You agree not to use HEIR AI's SMS service to:
Relay, HEIR AI, and all associated trademarks, logos, and content are the property of HEIR AI, LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute HEIR AI's intellectual property without written permission.
If you become a paying customer of Relay, additional terms apply through a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) published at heirai.info/msa. The MSA governs setup fees, monthly retainer, service delivery, guarantees, and termination. These SMS Terms govern only the SMS interaction itself, not the paid product relationship.
HEIR AI's SMS service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. HEIR AI does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of SMS delivery, which depends on carrier networks outside HEIR AI's control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HEIR AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the SMS service. HEIR AI's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to $100.
Your use of HEIR AI's SMS service is also governed by our Privacy Policy at heirai.info/privacy. In particular, HEIR AI does not share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
HEIR AI may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted at heirai.info/terms with a new effective date. Continued use of the SMS service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
