Privacy Policy

HEIR AI, LLC. Effective August 21, 2026

HEIR AI, LLC ("HEIR AI", "we", "us") builds software products for small businesses and individuals. This Privacy Policy covers all of them, together with our website at heirai.info and any related communications.

Our products currently include Relay, an SMS assistant that answers missed calls for trade businesses, and other tools we build and release under the HEIR AI name. Where a practice applies to only one product, it is labelled as such below.

1. Information We Collect

When you visit heirai.info

• Technical information: IP address, browser type, pages accessed, referring page.

When you contact us or book a call

• Contact information: name, business name, phone number, email, business address.
• Communication content: emails, SMS messages, and phone calls to our published numbers and addresses.

Relay (SMS and voice)

• Conversation content: SMS messages exchanged with a Relay-operated number, and the fact and timing of calls to it.
• Service details shared during a conversation: the problem described, service address or ZIP, preferred appointment time, and similar context needed to route the request to the business.
• Business configuration, for customers: trade, hours, service area, and the phone number Relay answers on.

Other HEIR AI products

• Account and usage information needed to operate the product you are using, such as settings you choose and content you submit to it.
• Individual products may collect additional information specific to their function. Where that is the case, it is disclosed at the point of installation or sign-up, and in that product's own listing or documentation.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Respond to your inquiries
• Deliver and operate the product you are using
• Send booking confirmations, service updates, and support communications
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms
• Improve our products through aggregated, de-identified analytics

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the content of your communications to advertise to you.

3. Mobile Information and SMS Consent

Mobile information collected through SMS interactions is used solely to (a) respond to your inquiry, (b) deliver the service you contacted us about, and (c) meet legal or regulatory obligations. Opting into SMS with HEIR AI does not enroll you in any marketing lists, and your phone number will not be shared with advertising partners, data brokers, or affiliated companies for their own marketing use.

4. How We Share Information

• Service providers that help us operate, including Twilio (SMS and voice), Cloudflare (hosting and data storage), Stripe (payments), Google (calendar), and Cal.com (scheduling). These providers are contractually restricted from using your information for their own marketing.
• The business you contacted. If you reach a business through Relay, the details you provide — such as your name, number, problem, and location — are passed to that business so they can serve you. That is the purpose of the service.
• Legal compliance, when required by law, court order, or valid legal process.
• Business transfers, if HEIR AI is acquired or merged, subject to the acquirer honoring this Privacy Policy.

5. SMS Opt-Out and Opt-In

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any HEIR AI SMS. Opt-outs are processed immediately by the Twilio messaging platform, and your number is added to our internal Do Not Contact list, which applies across every HEIR AI number and product. Re-opt-in by replying START or emailing hello@heirai.info. Reply HELP for support information.

6. Data Retention

Conversation transcripts and lead information are retained for the duration of your relationship with HEIR AI plus a rolling 24 months, after which records are de-identified or deleted. Do Not Contact records are retained indefinitely, because deleting them would risk contacting someone who asked us not to. Billing records are retained per applicable financial regulations (typically 7 years).

7. Your Rights

• Request access to personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Opt out of SMS (Section 5)
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

8. Children's Privacy

HEIR AI's services are intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet or SMS.

10. Changes to This Policy

Updates will be posted at heirai.info/privacy with a new effective date. Material changes will be emailed to active customers.
